Community Treasures Scavenger Hunt

Coalition for a Liveable Sudbury is celebrating our 15th anniversary, and we invite you to celebrate with us by taking part in our Community Treasures Scavenger Hunt during the month of July.  Over the past 15 years, Coalition for a Liveable Sudbury has created, supported and advocated for positive change in our community.  We invite you to visit some of the sites of these positive changes and discover community treasures.

1) Check out the map of sites (or the site list) and see how many you can visit. Click on the icons on the map for more info on each site.
TIP: add to the adventure by inviting friends and family to join you, and use sustainable transportation to get there. Be sure to follow all current COVID rules and guidelines.

2) Take a photo at the project sites you visit (make it a selfie if you’re comfortable with that).

3) Post your photo with the hashtag #CommunityTreasuresCLS to the Project Impact Sudbury Facebook Group, or to Instagram or Twitter.  Photos can also be emailed to [email protected] Make sure to include which community treasure(s) you’ve visited.

Celebrate the power of community by exploring sites of positive change across Greater Sudbury including community gardens, rain gardens, greenspaces, cycle tracks, and more.  Each photo you collect and share from a Community Treasure site enters you into a contest to win some fun and sustainable prizes.
