Citizens’ Climate Lobby Canada is a volunteer, grassroots group, linked to the International Group Citizens Climate Lobby. They communicate with politicians and media about the urgency of the climate crisis and lobby all levels of government (especially federal) for carbon fee and dividend. We are the national headquarter and have been since 2011.

The Drinking Water Source Protection Program works to prevent the contamination of our municipal drinking water sources in the Greater Sudbury area including Ramsey Lake, the Vermilion River, the Wahnapitae River and 24 municipal wells. The Plan was approved by the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change in September 2014 and has been in effect since April 1, 2015.
Friends of the Roxborough Greenbelt is a grassroots neighbourhood stewardship group. The group was formed in 2006 to protect the Roxborough Greenbelt, 3 hectares of urban forest, adjoining Junction Creek near downtown Sudbury, from imminent development. This goal was realized in 2009, when it became a public natural park. The group now focuses on stewardship and neighbourhood activities.
Greater Sudbury Watershed Alliance is an independent, grassroots; collaborative partnership of the lake, river and creek stewardship committees of Greater Sudbury and other concerned citizens working together to promote and advocate for a healthy watershed.
The Northeast Committee, Ecological Farmers of Ontario is a not-for-profit run by farmers for farmers, and committed to ecological and organic farming.
Ontario Rivers Alliance (ORA) is a Not-for-Profit grassroots organization with a focus on healthy river ecosystems all across Ontario. ORA is a voice for a number of member organizations such as the French River Delta Association, CPAWS-Ottawa Valley, Kiishik Community Association, Food & Water First, Whitewater Ontario, Vermilion River Stewardship, Mississippi Riverwatchers, French River Stewardship, as well as many other stewardships, associations, and private and First Nations citizens. We have come together to protect, conserve and restore healthy river ecosystems all across Ontario, and to ensure that development affecting Ontario rivers is environmentally and socially sustainable. The Sudbury Cyclists Union is a volunteer grassroots organization whose main focus is to provide a strong unified voice for cyclists and to facilitate a better urban cycling culture in the City of Greater Sudbury. Their aim is to make cycling safe, accessible, and fun for cyclists of all ages and ability.
